ORDER INSTRUCTIONS After completing your order you will receive an email confirmation.If you chose
Bank Transfer as payment method you will find all the necessary information in the e-mail you are sent. After we receive the payment we will send you the merchandise.The payment has to be on our account within 7 days.
If you pay by Credit Card or Visa electron you are automatically transferred to Luottokunta's DMP-page where you enter your card-information. We do not see
your card-information at all and Luottokunta's DMP-service is SSL-protected so your card-information is well protected.
SHIPPING COSTS
Postage within Finland is 7€. For small merchandise (like chokers or gloves) that fit in an envelope the postage is 1.00€. To other EU-countries the postage is 20€. For small merchandise that fits in an envelope
the postage to other EU-countries is 1.40€.
DELIVERY TIMES
Merchandise sent within Finland usually takes 2-5 working days to arrive. To Other countries expect approximately 2 weeks. If the goods happen to be out of stock the
deliverytime might be longer.
RETURNS
The Customer has the right to return or exchange any unused items within 14 days of receiving your order. The Item must be unused and in its original package. Send us an email FIRST after which you will receive all the necessary information for you return/exchange.
PRIVACY: Your personal information are used only for the purpose of shipping the order. We use the maximum care in handling it and it will not be delivered to third parts.
